My passion lies in being able to empower women to not only choose, but follow out their desired birth the best they can.
I believe that birth is a natural process in which we were beautifully designed to carry out - our baby and body know what to do. My main goal in the birth space is to honor and nuture not only the mother, but the family as a whole. As your doula, I come equipped with informational and physical tools to help you along your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum journey.
